This policy explains what information Nucsomeole collects when you use our website, shop, and community forum, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
When you create a community account we collect your display name, email address and a salted, hashed password. When you post topics, replies or upload photos, that content is stored so it can be shown to other members. We never store passwords in plain text.
2. How we use your information
Your email is used only to verify your account, reset your password, and send important account notices. Community content is used to power the forum experience you asked for. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
3. Cookies & sessions
We set one session cookie (nuoka_session) to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only and does not track you across other websites.
4. Where data is stored
Our site runs on Cloudflare Pages; account and forum data live in Cloudflare D1 and KV, and uploaded images in Cloudflare R2. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Purchases are completed on Amazon, which has its own privacy policy — we only link out to your chosen product.
5. Data retention & your rights
We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@nucsomeole.pet. Deleting an account removes your posts, replies and uploads.
6. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
